Yes dear.. You can able to loose your weight.. There is some Ayurvedic medicines to help but with that proper diet and yoga also important.. Don't do heavy exercises it only exhaust you and after some time you withdraw it and do nothing.. Do some yogas regularly.. Bhujangasana Dhanurasana Sun salutation Do regular sun salutations of 10 repeats..
