Helle mam Take proper diet and do regular exercises. Along with it take 1. TRIPAHALA GUGGULU 1 tab after meal twice a day. 2. AROGYAWARDHANI VATI 1 tab after meal twice  a day. 3.chandraprabha vati 1 tab after meal twice a day.

Do yoga exercises for stomach area do 1.Nauka asan 2.pawanmukta asan 30minutes of walk daily will be helpful. Avoid high calorie food,  junk food etc. Intake green veggies,  fruits and salads.
