Home remedies for high BP and stomach
My mother is 58 years old. She is suffering from high BP ,some breathing problems like Cold ,cough and stomach related problem like Sometime pain in stomach(Last 4-5 days)and bloating in stomach (Last 4-5) days. She is taking allopathy treatment regarding all disease mentioned above. (1) I want to also give her some natural and home remedies, ayurvedic for all these problems ? (2) Ayurvedic and allopathy medicines can be taken together? Pls suggest

make a jeera decocotion and give her before every meal. for blood pressure, please takeher to a doctor and do not discontinue any other medicies. avoid spicy, deep fried food. avoid green chilly, potato, brinjal and curd. drink plenty of warm water throughout the day little by little.

In case of acidity gas or constipation and incomplete sleep etc Bp gets high. Or doesn't get controlled.

U can take both together. Do not stop ur regular BP ,sugar ......medications. U take Manasamitravataka one three times a day. Laghusuthashekara ras one tab twice a day before food .
