My mother is 56 years old. Yesterday her Bp was 155-104. It happened due to stress and anxiety. She has a lot of control on her diet. I don't know why it happened. She had blood pressure problem 30 years back. Now it happened after 30 years. Her diastolic remains high. Please please tell me the best remedy.

B. P 150/104 is higher side. If you can talk to me on line that will be better. I want to more about the stress, food habit, exercise, fami ly history etc. Now, reduce salt intake. Avoid fried items, butter, cheese etc. Do meditation and morning walk. Report after 20 days.
