Hello Ma'am don't worry,U can take Any good pharma's Triphala Churna/tablet etc,i e Dabur/Sandu/Baidyanath/Himalaya etc Take powder 1 tsf at night with Lukewarm water U can take also 3 Tablets at night with Lukewarm water
