About triphala tab
I want to take triphala tab bt i don't know how to take it ..i was taking triphala tab at night after dinner ..due to this i am not able to sleep proper at night because of triphala n i hv himalaya triphala 250 mg i can't take triphala churna because of its test ..so plz advice me when i take triphala tab to avoid my sleep patterns??can i take it at morning empty stomach??

Actually the doses and duration of the medicines depends on the conditions of the requirements. If you want to take for your abdominal discomfort then you should take it at bed time after meals. If powder test is not good then you can take Triphala Churna capsules 2cap after meals.
