It doesn't cause low BP unless you are dehydrating yourself with excess motions. You can anyway use it with rock salt because lavan is considered as tiniest particle to get absorbed and it speeds up the absorption of medicine as well. But rest assured, even without salt, it won't cause you low BP :)

Hello sir …..Triphala is one of the many medications that can relieve constipation…..if u already have issues related to low blood pressure kindly avoid Triphala and take any other medication. Adding salt doesn’t change the mode of action although it might help in a different way , but I suggest do not mix salt with Triphala and take other medications for constipation
Next Steps
Medications should be a temporary solution for constipation, Kindly consult for Ayurvedic Agni assessment, ayurvedic Nutritional assessment and get a personalised diet plan for constipation
Health Tips
Kinky note if u have constipation ( and no other diseases or disorders) kindly follow these 1. Eat on tight time and always take freshly prepared meals 2. Take minimum 15gms of ghee ( u can get the right amount for u after consulting a physician) 3. Take plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables 4. Take milk with ghee and haldi before bed ( it helps with sound sleep and relieves constipation) 5. Take water in the morning before brushing 6. Tongue cleaning is mandatory after tooth brushing Kindly consult for Prakriti assessment, Agni assessment and nutritional assessment and personalised diet and lifestyle consultation
