Trifala is known as very good digestion improving and stool softener. It is good source of vit c and bcomplx . According to ayurveda if you bowels are clear then you will be able to get normal delivery. So it is good .you should continue trifala tab. In 3rd trimester. But trifal increase dryness of body. So for that you add more ghee in diet. Also 1 spoon ghee in warm water /milk at bead time helps a lot. Good luck for delivery.

Constipation is very common in pregnancy but do not take any kind of laxative!! Yes it can increase contractions! Do this: Take 20-25 black raisins soaked in water...remove the seeds and eat it every night! You can also soak it milk This will help in smooth motions and improve your iron content too! You can go to nearest ayurveda clinic for basti treatment! This will help for normal motions as well as improves chances of natural delivery
Next Steps
consult for diet plan and month wise ayurveda medicines for pregnancy!!
