Triphala is made of three different fruits and we use it as a rasayana and detoxification. Triphala guggul has three fruits and as well as guggul, it works in vata aggravated diseases, paralysis, hemorrhoids, fistula etc. Both have their own role in different types of diseases. It depends why you want to take one of these and for what purpose. You must clear this first.
