Triphala contains three drug combination - amla, haritaki and bibhitaki.it is anti inflammatory anti bacterial, anti aging, good to control diabetes and cholesterol, helps in weight reduction, good for eyes,it is a great rasayana drug
In triphala guggulu along with above three drugs guggulu is also added. Increasing its potency against inflammation, infection etc
