Iam a mother of 50dayz baby . Is triphala powder safe during breastfeeding . Kindly pls let me know . Pls advice

You can take it. But what is the purpose of taking it?? Better to consult and then took it. Because its effects will also be seen in baby.

You should be careful about medications  during the lactation period as it certainly affects the baby's health. You should try to manage it naturally. You can take Triphala Churna 3 g with warm water after meals, but have an eye on baby's condition as it might causes motion to baby also. Slight change in your lifestyle and food habits will certainly cure it naturally. Do regular Yoga and exercise to regulate your bowel movements.
