*Causes of obesity* 1) *श्लेष्मलाहारसेविनो* – Eating food which increases solid kafa in body in large quantity regularly. Eg. Mithai sweets etc 2) *अध्यशन* – Habit of eating food without proper digestion of previous eaten food leads to obesity if happens regularly. 3) *अव्यायाम* – Non exercises in morning or exertion physical work in day time even after eating too much sweet food or having अध्यशन habit. 4) *दिवास्वप्न* – Day time sleeping habits after eating of food regularly leads to obesity. 5) *परतंत्र कारण* – Non following of periods paricharya during period days, non following of sutika paricharya after pregnancy or after abortion.
