Hello, my name is varun and age 31. I was diagnosed with high cholestrol and low vitamin d in Dec 2022. Started ayurvedic treatment Lipomap, Arjunin and Ashwagandha. Cholestrol levels have improved but still not in desired range. Vitamin D is 20 ng/ml. No other health issue. Sugar levels are normal, bp is normal, liver parameters are normal, thyroid parameters are normal, hscrp is below 1.5, hb1ac is 5.2. I brisk walk atleast 90 minutes everyday. Please advise? Attached report of lipid profile. Upper one is 3 months ago report and lower one is latest report.

Need ayurvedic medicine for high blood alergy above 1100 and eczema and Psoriasis. I have only high triglyceride with 250. I don't have any other issues...I am vegetarian..left smoking and drinking 3 yrs ago... occasionally nonveg. Do exercise regularly. Skin getting darker for high blood alergy. Suggest good medicine for high blood alergy and eczema.

I always feel very sad and anxious. Was on allopathy medication for more than 2 years for Major Depressive Disorder and anxiety but I've stopped taking the meds, after consulting with my psychiatrist. It has been 2 months since I stopped the meds but I feel unable to do daily tasks. I can't even get out of bed because I'm scared of life. And I've no motivation to go on.
