Early stage vitiligo and food instructio
I have an early stage vitiligo 2-3 spots only. So can I eat fermented food like idali dosa once a week ? can I eat chicken ? Chinese food ? What food can I eat and what can I avoid? I have started taking pigmento tablets 2-2 tablets

Do not eat non veg. Do not take any kinde of salted things with milk .like prantha  with milk.tost  with milk. Do not take fish with milk. And share the pic of vitiligo where it is. Then I can suggest you something lep etc.

No don’t eat all those you have asked, avoid it or eat only once a month, mainly avoid incompatible food combinations like milk and fish, hot water and honey and milk shakes
