Thyroid , pcos and Early stage vitiligo
6 months back I was diagnosed with Thyroid but after taking Thyronorm 75mg tablet , now my thyroid is normal ( 1.2 range) but that thyroid causes PCOS and irregular periods and 2-3 white spots( early stage vitiligo) on the body so I am taking allopathy treatment from Gynacologist and dermatologist simultaneously.
Allopathy tablet -(Thyronorm 75 mg tablet , Diane 35 tablet , vitamin B12 and Vit D tablet and one ointment for white patches )
Ayurvedic tablet - pigmento ( 2 tablets twice daily )
As soon as my PCOS treatment stops ( harmone balance ) me and husband are going to plan for the first Child after 3-4 months .
So which ayurvedic syrup or tablets I can take in the long term which will help me in building immunity and helps in reducing vitiligo and PCOS too ?
Will Shatawari and Ashwagandha tablets help in resolving all my 3 issues ? Can I take those for the long term till I get pregnant?

Dear.. First of all you have multiple complaints we'll I can understand.. See shatavari and ashwagandha is useful but not going to resolve your all issues..
You continue your medicines for thyroid.. Because if In case you are pregnant and your thyroid level is high it's not good for your baby..
For your pcos just do exercises like butterfly pose, sarvangasana, halasana, dhanyrasana and surya namaskar is beneficial.also for your pregnancy with pcos ther is Ayurvedic medicines are useful I will give you the details about that also I am yoga evaluator will give you particular exercises for pcos you can consult me online
In case of vitiligo also some medicine will help to slow down progress and after some it will reverse..
