It's is not one size for for all. You may need some other medicines after knowing your complete medical history. Are you having any pcod complaints or insulin resistance? Considering all these a fresh prescription will help you. Diet is more important. Avoid or reduce intake of milk and dairy products. Your food should always be as light as possible. Avoid day sleep. Try to wake up early in the morning. Do exercise regularly.
