Dear Doctor I am 31 ,weight 43 and height 5.1 My weight is the same since last 10-15 years and I am underweight.Also I'm thalassemia minor I am marriageable age and hence v worried Also periods are always delayed by one week every month  since last more than a year.Also get acne evry month before my cycle since last so many years  .periods last for only 2 days since a year I have good hair growth .All say that all my nutrition is going to the hair ... Been getting white discharge also and feels v weak from last 6 months Please advise medicines as will be obliged

Dasmoolyadi+devdaryadi kasay each 20ml twice a day Satawari grut 15 ml with milk empty stomach in the morning. This will solve all your problems

The menstrual cycle of 22-35 days is considered normal... Ance and White discharge before menses is also normal upto some extend... Consult a gynaecologist for proper guidance..
