My height is 5 फीट 1 inch weight 85 kg what should i do to reduce weight any food which helps in reducing weight, I have knee pain started.

Any hypothyroidism problem you have . If you have unhealthy eating habits you should avoid eating maida ,oily , fried and sweets. Avoid taking added sugar in your diet .
