Hi,
I am 28, I am physically very fit and do gym regularly. My height is 5"8 and my weight is 79 kg..
I am a pure vegetarian and take protein rich foods and supplements. I would like to ask 2 questions :
Q.1) Is it possible that can I still add a few inches to my height through some Ayurvedic medicines and natural herbs ? Provided I do regular gymming, followed by some stretching exercises?
If it's possible Please suggest what should I consume and what should I do? And how
Q2) Although my weight is good as per my height and I am in good shape, but I want more Mascular mass, so what all powders shall I take for that ? (Ashwagandha, safed Muesli, gokshshura, kapikachu) shall take any/all of these ? If yes then how shall I take them (dosage and frequency )
