Hi, I have AVN 2 stage in left femoral head. I have attached MRI report. Is it reversible in ayurvedic treatment or only pain relief is possible?

Yes, definitely AVN changes will get reverse. वंक्षण Basti with Panchtikta ghrit kshir basti will help. Along with that take Asthi sandhan kashay , Brihad varunadi kadha vidradhi chikitsa, Asthi rakshak vati..etc Consult online or come to clinic.
