Awesome way to get Ayurvedic approach for the concern u r facing. Dysmenorrhoea -PCOS- Hypothyroidism these some concerns are on same line of approach i.e. Kaf-Vat vitiated concerns so things that sticky-heavy-picchil- Hygroscopic needed to avoid at least at night n in cloudy weather
