Doctors one dr had prescribed me dabur gastrina for stomach gas, belching and bloating and asked me to consume it by sucking not swallowing, after the tablet gets dissolved there is little spicy in the throat so can we take water after it or we should not take it? Pls help me i want to get rid of this ..after long years my reflux is under control will this medicine help me?

Hi Doctors, is it safe to use Ashwagandha from Himalaya brand? One tablet after breakfast and one tablet after dinner? I dont have any health issues nor im on any medication.

Hi I am taking ayurvedic medication for my acidity and gastric issues. I don't know what medication is being given to me but it's like powder to drink with water post all my meals after 20mins. I am definitely feeling better after taking that medication. It's almost 20 days I am taking continuously. My question is I am not keeping well right now and I am having body pains, fever and cold. Can I take general medications like paracetamol and others medications like citrizine for cold while I continue to take ayurvedic medication. Can I mix ayurvedic with English medicine is my question. Pls help 🙏

I have allergic sinusitis I have been taking antibiotics and antihistamines for 3 weeks so after the infection reduces I get constant post nasal drip mucus in throat always and my throat are reddish and painting, ear itching and constant headache. Pls advice some ayurvdic medicines.
