Hello, I got swarna prashan from an Ayurvedic doctor... He has sent me the bottle... but it's plain and I cannot see the list of ingredients used... is it made and sent the same way ? Can I start giving my baby from tomorrow ? I am asked to give 2 drops for 6 months... I am bit of scared coz of metals... that can harm my baby... pls advice

Hi ! I am 25 old. weight 40 kg height 161. (Underweight) I have been suffering from depression and anxeity for past 2 years. Which leads to heart palpitation, dizziness and gerd..Doctor prescribed Medicines like SSRI and beta blocker for 6 months. But I don't take that medicine because of side effects. Please give me some alternative ayurvedic medicine or lifestyle instead of betablocker and SSRI. Thanks!
