Hope you are doing well,
I am ocd and depression patient taking medicine from last 5 years now i am taking FLUVOXIN CR 100 DEVENIZ 50.
Dr saying to do exercise but problem is
I was typhoid positive in November 2022 after that my body muscle and skin gone like old people.now its very loose muscle and when i doing any exercise then start that part of body pain.

Your issue has reached to bone level...that's why you are facing this prblm.
It can be regained through some medicine and yogic aasan but not exercise. Exercise you can start after 1 month. Need deep detail of your body for finding out proper pathophysiology, after that wr can start your medicine
