Estimated Average Glucose(eAG)as 111mg/dL
My height is 5.6 and weight is 65kg
Recently got to know I have PCOS,during periods flow is less during 2nd or 3rd day sometimes it will.stip on 2nd day also
Twice I had cyst and missed period due to that, doctor had given tablet to get rid of cyst and I got periods.when 2nd time Doc scanned Doc told I have PCOS problem and in report its mentioned no cyst found..Doc asked me to keep a check on my weight..
My Doctor said insulin is on quite higher side its worrying me..
My doubts are:
1)am I insulin resistant?
2) Is the Insulin fasting value on higher side?
3)Can I eat fruits,jaggery based sweets & carbs
4)are all the values as per report normal?
5)Is it danger to take ayurvedic meds with English medicine
3)pls suggest home remedies to overcome it..thanks

1) No u r not insulin resistant till now if these levels are without any sugar related medicines...if these are after taking medicines then also situation is in under cntrl
2)it's in between normal range..
3)Fruits are completely fine for u...if u r experiencing symptoms of diabetes like excessive thirst, over urination, tiredness, night sweating etc..then avoid jaggery sweats...carbs in limited quantity
4)Again...if these are without any medicines then they are normal or we can say near higher value of normal range...if after medicines these value are coming then situation is in cntrl
5)is absolutely safe and infact good but...keep 30 min to 1hr gap between these 2 medicines
6)Need more details of u because remedies or medicines differ from person to person
As per my observations your arthritis, pcos and these reports have common connection...ie disturbed digestive power. It may have other reason also...proper pathophysiology can drawn after full case taking of you
Don't worry but take care.
Don't go for fruits and jaggery.
There is no harm in taking ayurved medicines along with English medi. Infant ayurved medicines will help you to come out from these all problems with root cause.
