1. Tansukh Arogyavardhani vati 2. Kerala Ayurveda Narasimha Rasayanam(3gm-3mg with milk) 3. Tansukh Hingvadi Vati 4. Baidyanath Bhringrajasava (15ml-15ml) An ayurvedic doctor has prescribed me these medicines and all have to be consumed after the food 2 times a day, morning and night but it's not mentioned how much gap needs to be there between the food and medicine. So my question is can i take these medicines together or there needs to be some gap between them ? In what order should I consume and how many minutes after the food  please help.

Dear doctor, I have been suffering from vata dosha like tinnitus, headache, facial pain, bloating, muscle pain here and there. Mainly nerve pain near right side ear and passing through lower jaw right side. Even I have checked with dentist they said everything is fine both jaw and teeth. With regards to my problem I have consultated ayurveda doctor and described as I am pitta and vata prakruthi. But vata is aggravated in higher so doctor prescribed KSHEERABALA, BRUHAT VATA CHINTAMANI & NEURON TABLET. Doctor said vata is also related to nerve system it may aggravate any where. All these medicines I am taking from past 5 months. Till now the pain is there. I request you to please suggest some good medicine to get betterment in my life. I believe in ayurveda hope my problem will get cured soon. Doctor suggested to cover head and ears with scarf for my nerve pain. Thank you so much for great service.
