Hi. I have been advised to put 2 drops of Anu Taila in each nostril every night, before bed, for excessive hair fall. I was told to tilt my head up and put the drops, and then breathe in 30 times through each nostril. However, the oil always goes into my throat. Is this correct or am I doing something wrong?

Hello I am so much suffering from gastric problem 1 if I eat fast food after some hours I feel so much gastric problem and pain 2 I feel relax after emptying bowel but sometimes I have loose motions 3 I feel hungry on time and due to gastric I avoid eating much 4 sometimes after eating food stomach full than I feel hungry 5 sometimes less food make my stomach full 6 I have stress problem 7 I don't drink or smoke So tell me exact problem and treatment of it

Hey doctor's, I feel like having acidity, gas and stomach don't get clear. Mainly sometime in afternoon I feel like throat saliva is thick and little pain in chest is observed after burp it goes and once I finish my meal all gets ok. Gas is there and stomach is not clear. In morning my legs feel heavy after getting fresh the pain goes away. Need ayurvedic help for this solve permanently. Please help. Skin burning sensation also observed anywhere in the body. Thighs, neck, arms calf anywhere.
