Retinal tear needs an emergency attention as there are chances of subretinal fluid accumulation. It is risky to wait. Surgery would be best option. Treatments in ayurveda can help in very very early stages.

Hey there I have one pts with detached retina he is dr in acupuncture he is on Panchakarma therapy since last 5 days
I will suggest you to take netrabasti ,Bidalaka,shiroabhyanga nasya and other therapies too if required
