From the MRI, I have been diagnosed with a grade 2 partial ACL ligament tear. The orthopaedic surgeon has advised physical therapy for a few weeks before exploring the surgery option. I don't have much pain but a feeling of weakness & discomfort is there in the affected leg. While I am doing physical therapy, is there any ayurvedic supplements or medicines that I can take to heal the ACL tear and avoid surgery.??..thanks

Due to minor impact n weight imbalance tore ur ligament/tendon/ muscle it just mean u r status at core is weak (snoring is indicator) n enough strong to lead may be enjoying substandard performance at every desk to bed....
Surely local therapies will correct knee but what about healing whole core. Ayurveda has unique approach for the status so kindly spare time for detox and Rasayan Vajikaran Therapy
Namaste..Since it is grade 2 partial tear, it can be treated in Ayurveda.. You can go for treatments like Janu basti and also very effective oral medications are available.
