Please help me as I see a lot of negative comments on the internet which demotivate me.I do not have any genetic issue or medical history but chronic dry eyes. Can my eyes restore water and can I get tears again?

What Medicine are you taking dear? Also have you been practicing eye exercise along with Yoga?
Yoga has restorative effect to all parts of the body. For it to show results on eyes may require at least 3 to 6 months. Consistency is the key to succeed. But 100% if you can be cured? Can't say you have to consult with more details then can answer that question maybe. Giving it a try is better than getting demotivated right? Anyway there is no harm. Hope you have practice yoga through an authentic guru.
