Around 3 years ago i was hit by a flu after which my eyes got really dry.I get no tears when i cry or cut an onion,overall i cannot produce any tears but my eyes look normal and i have no power,i have tried allopathic drops but they made it worse so i stopped ising it,can ayurveda cure me?

There are good number of treatments in ayurveda like seka, tarpana nasya. Few eyedrops also there to stimulate the glands. A detailed examination is a must.

Drying of eyes is a problem you need to be worried about, but luckily we do have treatments
1) triphala brahmi liquid- 20ml twice daily
2) sunetra regular drops -1 drop in two eyes twice daily

Plz don't choose self medication, though u shared r authentic n it's safe as well but it demands sequential approach for results
Go for akshi tarpan under the supervision of ayurvedic physician . do not do it yourself because eye is a very delicate part do not take any kind of risk.
Second at home you can massage near the nose junction with cow ghee for 5 to 10 min daily.
And massage your sloe if feets daily .
