Dry Eyes Syndrome
Which ayurvedic eye drop is best for dry eyes syndrome? I am suffering with it since last 11 years. My office work is laptop based.

Apply I Tone Eye Drops, 2 drops on each eyelids 2 times a day.. Blink your eyes in between while using laptop.. Consult me online through this platform for further guidance and treatment.

You can use eye drops, but regularly applying oil to hair is important. Ayurvedic treatments like tarpana for eyes are very beneficial.

You can use sunetra of shreedhreeyam company or ophthacare of himalaya 2 drops twice a day.

If you have more screen time then I will suggest you to go for Netra tarpan / Netra basti. That is rejuvenating for eyes. Weekly once is recommended . Or at home pour 1 drop of pure desi ghee (not any of brand )
