1.  Which massage should we do first- head massage or body massage? 2. While body massage from where we should start first?

My mother had gallbladder removal surgery during Dec 2021.after 1 month of this she developed obstructive jundice due to bile duct blockage due to stricture.then she undergone ERCP stenting during Feb 2022.after that she was completely ill ,frequent fever ,weakness,reoccurring jaundice etc.then as per doctor advice she had trail hepatic jejoctonomy surgery during July 2022 but was unsuccessful. Also had an heart attack during hospitalization.since then she is having the same problem,in addition fluid discharge through the surgery site once in a month which stops after albumin infusion.Again revisited doctor but told only option for liver transplant but high risk in case of her.so please suggest any treatment available in ayurveda for my mother.

I hav been suffering with severe dry cough from a very long time, when I visited a pulmonologist they said nothing serious, plz help! Its disrupting my normal day to day activities...

I Kiran Hemade.I am from Nashik.I myself cut My  right hand's wrist Tendon before 4 month ago due to stress and mental issue,but now tendon is healed automatically but I feel pain and lack of strength in wrist and my fingers.I have writing(letters on page) issues and very hard to lift things in my right hand due to injury kindly help me to resolve the issue.I want my strength back and relief from pain. i have taken ortho treatment.but there is no relief in pain and strength.
