Hypothyroidism may lead to menstrual problem, weight gain etc .
If you feel these problems than change your daily regimen specially sleeping time and food timings.
Don't take methi seeds everyday day for long period of time, otherwise it will stopworking as a medicine....
If it's benefitting you then take it for 21 days, stop for atleast 42 days and start again...
Better boil 1 cup water at night, turn off the flame and add 2 spoon of dhaniya seeds, 1/4 spoon of jeera and half spoon of ajwayen in it...keep it whole night and drink that cold extract in mrng empty stomach....do this procedure when you stopped taking methi seeds fir 21 days.
