It's not big, so can easily be dissolved with ayurvedic medicine.
But before prescribing you any medicine, i need to do some Q&A session with you for pin point treatment.
Actually there are 2 major type of gb stone, you are having which one is important for treatment...also your fatty liver is playing important role in this stone formation. If you operated then digestion of fats will not be easy or impossible plus fatty liver weakens digestion. Better you go for ayurvedic medicine 1st. It has amazing results on such issues

Start this medicine:-
Loh asav ( dauber company ) :- 3 table spoon loh asav mix with 3 table spoon of water and take it two times in a day after breakfast and dinner.
:- ashmari har ras 1 gm two times in a day before breakfast and dinner ( available at ptanjli medical store .
:- do not eat fatty and fried food
:- eat fibrous fruit and vegetables.
:- take this medicine for one month regular and repeat your scan if size reduce then continue this medicine .if not reduce then go for surgery because some stone are disolveable some are not.

6 mm is not big gall bladder stone as duct measure 5-6 mm
do gallbladder cleanse program for one day and this will wash out
