My daughter is 4yr old . she does potty daily once or once in 2day .her potty consistency is very soft.color is brown.weight is good .she does not complain any stomach pain.is it fine to do very soft potty . sometime little sticky.

I eat only 2 capsule today  of virakdoshar vati without any kidney problem and urine problem from tomorrow I will going to take it does it side effect or reaction shows to night should I need consult any doctor

I am suffering from depression. I am 46 years old man. I consulted Patanjali doctor. Doctor prescribed Medhavati, ashwagandha, saraswatarishta (all of them twice a day) . I have been taking these medicines for the past 8 months (as per doctor guidance). Sometimes once sometimes twice a day and sometimes skipped few days. I am feeling better but not totally recovered yet. Doctor said dose can be reduced depending on the improvement. My question is, is it safe to take these medicines for such a long time meaning will they cause any side effects like affecting  kidney and liver? Do I need to give some gap and start again? How long I can keep taking these medicines? Please advise. TIA.
