Now my BP is elevated and it is around 150/100. Is it normal for these treatments to elevate BP?

My mother 81 years old is having Glaucoma. Does ayurvedic medicine can fully treat Glaucoma. Does eye drops like drishti patanjali eye drop or jiva ayurnetra completely remove glaucoma. Any knowledge. In allopathy there is no treatment for glaucoma.

Sir/ Madam I am 22 year old male physically fit . But facing gas production in empty stomach during early morning which creates sound in the stomach and also burping issue. I don't want to take anymore allopathic medicine. Do please suggest me best Ayurvedic medicine for stopping of production of gas in my stomach.
