Hi ! I am 25 old. weight 40 kg height 161. (Underweight) I have been suffering from depression and anxeity for past 2 years. Which leads to heart palpitation, dizziness and gerd..Doctor prescribed Medicines like SSRI and beta blocker for 6 months. But I don't take that medicine because of side effects. Please give me some alternative ayurvedic medicine or lifestyle instead of betablocker and SSRI. Thanks! Note: I am afraid to go to gym or doing physical activity because of my heart palpitation...(my ecg echo blood test all are normal)
