I have IBS since 4 years and i have become intolerant to a lot of foods such as milk,wheat,egg,soy,corn,amaranth,flaxseed,barley,rye,guava,yeast.
Can avoiding this foods for 3-6months reverse the intolerance?

Bhrami +Shankpushpi +bilva +ashwaghanda and abhrak basam mix together and 5grm twice after food
Better you take panchkarma once you start oral medicine and as your disease also bcm chronic now
Shirodhara Abhyanga steam and basti shows significant effect
