I was diagnosed with prostate garde 1 in April 2022 and after that I was started treatment and shrink the size in 4 months to 22.5 but after 3 months when I was done ultrasound so found prostate size is again 25 but psa level is increased and now psa level is 3.6. can you please suggest what to do as in this age going for surgery is not at all possible.
