Alergic cough throat and sinus infection
Hi doctors i have been suffering from nose and throat infection . My strep throat and in night time my one side nostril blocks. And i use otrivin nasal still it doesn't help. The problem is from long time. I feel irritation in throat. Cause strep throat. And now a days I feel consistent cough whole day. My chest pain ribs pain. I am using septilin tablet and geriforte for over 2 months but not getting help in my cough throat and nose block. Should I stop taking these. Or add Himalaya  bresol . Which combination to take. I want ayurvedic medicine. Pls help

First you use mask 😷 when ever possible, for some few days. Take steam inhalation after coming back home 🏠 Take nasya Anutail or Shadbindu 3to4 drops in each nostrils after snehan Swedan on nose and face , 2 times in a day. Tribhuvan kirti Sunthi powder with honey Daily Pranayam for 10 to 15 min

It's basically because of your kafaj prakriti , share xray PNS and MRI Head , blood CBC for eosinophils count , stop taking cold meal before bed , drink hot water ,  for complete and faster recovery take panchkarma , Anu tail and ashwagandha are choice of drug but can be taken under supervision of physician , consult with reports

Hi You are taking wrong medicine for cough and throat pain.geriforte himalaya is for immunity not for cough and throat pain. For cough and throat pain do this:- :- boile some tulsi leaves in water for 5 to 10 min on low flame and drink that water one or two times   in a day. :- chew 2 3 black papper two time in a day And Take sithopladi churan  with honey two times in a day after 15 min of food. Do not eat:- rice,curd,milk,maize roti Do two yoga regularly empty stomach:- Anulom vilom and kapal bhati.

You need an appropriate treatment for your concern,for that proper diagnosis is required based on that treatment has to be planned. please consult a good ayurvedic physician for further treatment.My Suggestion  is to go for panchakarma treatment along with internal medication.
