Hi doctors I am feeling energy less plus gidiness , not able to concentrate in work and yesterday I checked my vitamin b12 and its show 160.12pg/ml and Vitamin d3 19.77ng/ml
Plus my suger also shows 80mg/dl
What I should do I want my health like previous good I want to do work I want to be healthy

:-Geriforte 2 tablet with milk before sleep
:- one teaspoon badam rogan oil with milk.or you can use badam rogan oil as nasal drop before sleep.
:- take one tablet albendazole once in a month

Hello. You D3 levels are low. If vitamin d3 is less you feel tired even after a good sleep. Like once u wake up in the morning u should be fresh. But u feel tired. Also check your haemoglobin levels. Blood sugar is normal. You need to take d3 supplement every week one tablet for three months.
Also expose yourself to sunrays in the early mornings and in the evenings
Eat an egg everyday also have a glass of milk. Vitamin d3 is needed for bones along with calcium.
