Before I had regular periods from it's been 55 days I didnt get my periods when I went to get checked it came as pcos and my hba1c is 6 and I have gained bit weight also .what to do for tat

Please share what is your height and weight. :- second share your pcod reports. :-Third change your diet plan ( for right diet plan you can consult here. :- for regular period eat half plate papaya in routine And drink 1 lt water in a day and do 15 min skipping daily.

Weight and increased HbA1c both are due to pcod/pcos, as pcod develop insulin resistance... Consult online/offline any ayurved doctor or gynaecologist
