My name is Vivek kumar and I was done all diagnosis of our stomach but problem not solve right now .i am always fell stuk like above the navel

Age 24 Weight 110kg In thyroid 75mcg medication I have these black warts or skin tags... I don't know what they're  called...in Hindi massa How to remove them Some are from 4-5 years and a few are just grown. Please suggest how to remove them without any operation. These cause itching. Mainly they are near the neck and armpits. Some under chin which causes problems while shaving. Please find attached photos
