Hi. I am 36 year old business man based out of delhi NCR. I have been smoking 5-6 cigarettes on an average since more than 15 years. I know the harmful effects but still I carried on. Now I I a father of 2 beautiful kids and want to get rid of it. I want help in:- 1) How to quit smoking naturally? 2) Any Ayurveda course to completely cleanse my lungs and remove any tar from the surface of my lungs? Also what will be the cost associated to it. As of today, I am completely healthy, no problems but don't want any problem in the future so looking for remedies at this point. Regards Mayank

I am having asthma cough since last 5 years. Did many treatments but nothing worked out. Recently i noticed that when i oil massage my body and take hot water bath, it relieves my cough a lot. Is there reason behind it? Thenoil i use is mahanaryan oil by kerala ayurveda or nagaarjuna

I have been suffering from senseless feeling at just below of my right chest ( start of belly) since a year. Latrin is Ok. No gastric issue. No acidity issue. But I feel very uncomfortable after meal, it feel like my whole meal become store at the upper portion of my belly. My food habit is very oily and rich food. Less green veggy, less fruit habit. Hi Doctor , My mother was suffering from Shortness of Breathe while walking and Climbing stairs from last few months and also had dry cough sometime . Doctor suggested HRCT Thorax and Chest XRay PA view. In Chest Ray PA view everything was normal while the HRCT shows few Enlarged lymph node in Pretracheal region right one being 10.2mm in Right Tracheal region.Is it something i should worried about . Note:- She had taken Ice cream daily for last 2 months

I have 4.4mm stone in my right side kidney...i.took.english medicine before 2months and then I used gokshura(tribulus terrestric)drink for 1week...after drink gokshura I'm experiencing pain again...now my doubt is can taking gokshura after english medicine can damage my kidney?

Doctors. I'm having body heating problem.. I drink lot buttermilk still if anybody touches the body, they will say that my body is heated.. Last yr I took lot of medicines for covid.. And now I'm getting constipation problem.. I do gym I want to continue it.. Please suggest me how to cool the body.. And hoe to get relief from constipation...

My mother is 63 years old with 60 kg weight, height is 5 ft. Her blood pressure remains within 135 to 145 range. She is taking 150mcg thyrox, rosvastagin f 5 mg and 2 jain madhumardan tablets before and after food in morning and at night. Her hba1c is 6.6, fasting glucose is 118. Ayurvedic doctor suggested many medicines but she is only taking madhumardan tablets. My mother can't gobble up a lot of medicines in a single day as she is already taking other allopathic medicines. These madhumardan tablets were able to control diabetes earlier but now these doesn't seem to work. Is there any ayurvedic doctor who can treat diabetes only with less medicines? She needs treatment for diabetes only and not for other diseases because ayurvedic medicines are very hard to take.
