Not feeling hungry after constipation. Food cycle has changed, and i am eating only 2 meals a day. Is there any natural way to reverse this in ayurveda or sidha?

You need a proper counseling. :-Second your breakfast- lunch- dinner should be on time means exact time is 8am - 2pm- 8pm. :-3rd avoid fast food and banana. :-Add beat root in your salad. :-5th- if you want any medicine then you can consult here.
