Not feeling hungry after constipation. Food cycle has changed, and i am eating only 2 meals a day. Is there any natural way to reverse this in ayurveda or sidha?

You need a proper counseling.
:-Second your breakfast- lunch- dinner should be on time means exact time is 8am - 2pm- 8pm.
:-3rd avoid fast food and banana.
:-Add beat root in your salad.
:-5th- if you want any medicine then you can consult here.
Share more health history
Do regular exercise
Take light food
Do langhana (fasting often,if your body is healthy enough,without any health history)
Have to start some medicine also,it depends on your body nature
