Very Serious constipation
I can't go without coffee, chai or oats. Even with these, I can't completely empty the bowel. This is seriously affecting me. My skin colour has darkened. My bones are getting weak. I feel very weak. My weight is constantly decreasing. I came from 70kg to 58kg in 3-4months. I strongly feel that this is because my stomach is not working properly. Food sticks to intestine. Stool is also sticky. Lot of gas and acid reflux. Teeths have also turned yellow.

You need not cut down on coffee, Chai or oats. you can continue to eat and drink all that you love to. But make a rule that you eat raw vegetables like cucumber raddish tomato onion carrot along with lunch. And fruits like apple banana papaya guava sapota orange grapes along with dinner. You can choose the fruits and vegetables of you choice. If your half stomach is filled with cooked food like roti rice chapati puri etc the Remaining half should be filled with fruits and vegetables. Have your meals with calm mind and eat only when you feel hungry. Avoid sleeping in daytime. Try to walk for 2- 3 kms a day. Also get these investigations done Blood test - CBC, RBS, TSH, HIV, HbsAg, serum creatinine, liver function test. Urine routine examination. In case you have cough or fever, then please consult a physician at your place. If all these report are normal Follow the lifestyle changes which I have suggested. That should solve your problem.
