Can I take Himalaya confido or tentex forte as I am suffering from severe erectile dysfunction. I am not taking any medicine right now. My bp, blood sugar is normal. Can I take it?

How long lignocaine hydrochloride gel for fissure can be used so that there should not be any side effects, i mean long term side effects.
