Hi, i have a lit bit of pot belly. Will omu water help me reduce it? I dont want complicated medicines. If omu water is enough, pls tell me how long i can take it and how much quantity.

My twins (4.5) have adenoids Enlargement and cronic cough. They get frequent viral infections 2 to 3 times in 1 month. Underweight 14.5kg. Now we  started ayurvedic treatment. But their condition is not improving. My main concern is dry cough . They are suffering so much .I can't watch them so many sleepless nights..does ayurveda really effective in treating adenoids. Pls answer .what should I do ..I tried allopathy, homopathy, ayurveda...nothing is working. Pls help 🙏. My doc suggest. Kanchnar gugulu twice daily Giloy ghanvati twice daily Panchkola churna 1/4 Kadiradi vati thrice Agstaya haritaki /3 twice

Hi I applied neem and turmeric paste over psoriasis patch only 2 times. And after 2 day saw rashes are more with high scaling and seems new red patches other parts of the body. Any suggestions what to do. Thanks in advance.

I had mild fatty liver in ultrasound 3 months back, and had high cholesterol and triglycerides level along with high SGPT and SGOT. I followed the right diet and did exercise and lost 9 kgs. My cholesterol is now 167(earlier it was 225). I feel much better but still sometimes there is slight pain in right side of my stomach. Doctor has given me to take "ArogyaVardhini + Liv 52" to eat for 3 months 2 tabs morning & 2 evening. Please suggest me should go for ultra sound again? And after how many days these medicines will start correcting the liver? I am eating this medicine since last 15 days. Thank you please guide

Hey, I have been facing issue with my periods ever since i have put on weight. Though i work out these days.. And ensure some  physical activity but still the periods are not there all 12 months.
