Dear sir/madam Can I take a lemon juice  of a normal size with plane water daily to fulfill daily intake of vitamin c ?

Where you live? If there is summer at your place then you can take lemon juice with plane water .if you have any kind of cough and cold then please don't take. If there is winter at your place then eat oranges instead of orange juice. Or you can take orange with black paper + salt.it is good for you.
