If I take saraswatarishta for 3 months, then give a gap of 3 months , and then again take it for 3 months followed by a gap for next 3 months. Can I take saraswatarishta in this pattern for lifetime for leading a stressfree life?

Yes you can use it for a period of time and than give gap
And bhrami ghee also you can use as 6 drops in each nostril as a nasya for 15 days and than after 1 month for 15 days

Second if you want stressfree life and want stay away from medicine then do this .
:- take one teaspoon of badam rogan oil with cow milk before sleep.
:-And do meditation daily before sleep.
:- Stay away from phone ,laptop,

Why you are taking saraswatarishra ?
If you are taking it for rejuvenation purpose
Use saraswathyavalehya or chanvanaprasha instead of that
In case If you are using only for stress relief
It's not enough and the way you are taking is completely inappropriate.
