I was diagnosed with prostate garde 1 in April 2022 and after that I was started treatment and shrink the size in 4 months to 22.5 but after 3 months when I was done ultrasound so found prostate size is again 25 but psa level is increased and now psa level is 3.6. can you please suggest what to do as in this age going for surgery is not at all possible. Cause of uti and prostate my BP gets on higher side. Please suggest some ayurvedic medicines to reduce psa level

I am taking allopathy medicines like PPI, antacids for duodenum ulcer and chronic Duodenitis  quite some time now but not getting much relief .. Please suggest some good ayurvedic medicines ..also can allopathy and ayurvedic interact with each other or can both be taken together for the same disease ?

My father is 57 years old,he runs a saloon. He is facing issue of breathlessness which walking fast or lifting something heavy. In the last 3-4 months 2 times he got sweat & vomiting happened. Hi. I have been advised to put 2 drops of Anu Taila in each nostril every night, before bed, for excessive hair fall. I was told to tilt my head up and put the drops, and then breathe in 30 times through each nostril. However, the oil always goes into my throat. Is this correct or am I doing something wrong?
