A flu o cil
Good day, Kindly note that about 3 days back...i started having throat pain and Running nose.I started with A flu O cil 2 tabs TID .Still having blocked nose and slight headache..Kindly advise whether I should continue with A flu O cil or anything more I should take alongwith A flu Cil?

Hi mam Along with medicine take this :- Honey +black paper :- chew black papper 2,3 two times in a day :- Drink leukiwarm water. :- Do long breathing exercise. :- Do two yoga anulom vilom and kapalbhati. :-Do not eat:- Rice,maize roti,milk,curd,lemon
